Meet Your Colon Therapist

Sue has been a licensed colon therapist in the state of Florida since 2007. She is often asked why she decided to become a colon therapist. It’s simple, when Sue learned the benefits of colonics from a friend she trusted, she set an appointment to have her first therapy session. During the treatment, her heart felt called to go to school and start a business offering this much needed service.

In 2008, Essentials for Health, located on Fourth Street in St Petersburg, FL opened and had the honor to serve thousands of clients over the course of over ten years. The office has relocated to a new, beautiful space in Largo, FL.

Sue was introduced to Dr. D’Adamo and his work on the blood type diet in 2004 and has been a devoted advocate of this way of eating ever since. She has seen firsthand the benefits of this way of eating and the impact that it has had on her own health and the health of her clients. She is constantly educating herself on the latest healing modalities available, and is always looking for new and innovative ways to improve her clients’ health and well-being. Her passion for natural health and wellness is contagious and her clients are inspired by her dedication and commitment to their journey towardss  better health.

When she is not at the clinic, Sue spends her days out in nature, engaging in activities like hiking, kayaking, and biking with her dog Ruby and her life partner Åke. Sue has traveled extensively, and most recently enjoyed a solo journey across the United States in her camper van. Many photos of her travels adorn the walls of the clinic. She also enjoys practicing yoga and is an avid meditator, having followed the teachings of Dr. Joe Dispenza for many years. Her love for nature and holistic wellness is evident in all aspects of her life, and she believes in the importance of incorporating healthy habits and practices into one’s daily routine.

Sue is also a dedicated volunteer in her community and is an active member of Better Living for Seniors and Silver Santa’s. She is always looking for ways to give back and make a positive impact in the lives of others.

In conclusion, Sue Ontiveros is a dedicated natural health practitioner who has been promoting the benefits of holistic wellness for over 30 years. Her passion for natural health and her commitment to sharing her knowledge with others is an inspiration to those around her. Whether she is volunteering in her community or spending time in nature, Sue is always striving to improve her own health and the health of those around her. If you are looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated practitioner to help guide you on your journey towards optimal health and wellness, Sue Ontiveros is the person to see.
